Cyclospora outbreak tied to Taylor Farms iceberg lettuce is now 11,458 lab-confirmed cases in 20 states after Thursday’s CDC/FDA refresh. Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas were added. Recalled bags are off shelves; watery diarrhea that relapses still needs a specific stool test.

CDC still recommends one adult RSV dose, not an annual booster. Ages 75+ all qualify. Ages 50–74 need a listed risk factor. August–October is the window that actually lines up with RSV season.
